What you agree to when you use this site, book a consultation, or get a text from Monarc Build, LLC. Paid work runs on its own signed agreement.

Who we are
Monarc Build, LLC, a Maryland company in Annapolis. We build the pages, ads, and follow-up that bring home integration contractors their next project. Questions about this page go to [email protected].
Using this site
You may read it, share links to it, and book a consultation through it. The words, pictures, and videos on it are ours or used with permission; copy them only with our go. Do not scrape it, probe it, or load it to break it.
The site is offered as it is. We keep it accurate and up, and we fix what you tell us is wrong, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available.
Booking a consultation
A consultation booked on this site is free. You pick the time, we send one confirmation and one reminder, and we meet on Google Meet at the time you chose, in your time zone.
Cancel or move it with the link in the confirmation, any time before the call. If you miss it, you get one email with two new times and nothing after that. We may cancel a call that is not a fit for the work we do, and we say so plainly.
Texts from us
If you give us your mobile number and tick the box on a form, you agree that Monarc Build may text you about that request and that booking: a confirmation, a reminder, a note if we missed your call, and a reply to a question you asked. Nothing else, and no marketing lists.
- How many: up to 6 messages a month, usually fewer.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message and texts end at once. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- Your number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their marketing.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to texts is never a condition of booking a consultation or buying anything from us.
Paid work
Pages, campaigns, and the appointment setter are sold under a signed service agreement that names the work, the fees, the guarantee, and who owns what. That agreement governs the paid work; this page does not change it.
What we are not responsible for
To the extent Maryland law allows, Monarc Build, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or from a free consultation. For paid work, the signed agreement sets the limits.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it; keep using the site after a change and the new terms apply.
